We are seeking an outstanding and talented Tea Master to join the Rosebery, Tea Room and Champagne Lounge.
We are looking for a driven individual with outstanding qualities, ideally someone who has worked in similar luxury environment. The ideal candidate will provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service experience to our clientele, as well as being a passionate individual with a natural ease interacting with customers. You will report directly to the Rosebery Manager, Assistant Manager and Supervisor.
You have a full and extensive knowledge of all teas and coffees and to be fully compliant with service practices.
You will provide training and tasting to the restaurant team and any other employee who has shown an interest or would benefit from training in this area.
Please note this is a full time permanent position
