Why Us Sage Hospitality is set to hire a Senior Director of Revenue Management within our Premium Branded Division that will oversee our centralized revenue team as well as revenue directors in the field. As we pose for future growth, we are in need of a proven multi-property revenue management leader that will provide strategy, support and leadership across the division. This position will be based at the Home Office in Denver, CO and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Premium Branded Division.

Our ideal candidate has proven leadership revenue management experience in a multi-unit environment, a complete understanding of the strategic application of revenue management principals, expertise and proven track record in developing and deploying pricing strategies that increase market share, optimize revenue, profit and RevPAR growth. Brand experience within Starwood, Hilton and Marriott revenue systems are preferred.

The Senior Director of Revenue Management is responsible for developing the Revenue Management strategy across pricing, distribution, revenue optimization, e-marketing, reservations, analysis, profit and market share. Continually examines room and function space availability and occupancy for multiple hotels. Reviews demand, revenue, forecasting, and inventory management.

Education/Formal Training

Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experiences.

Experience

Must have two to three years of corporate multi property and multi brand revenue management experience.

Must have three to five years of property revenue management experience.

Material/Equipment Used

Office equipment. Experience with On Q and Marsha.

Environment

Prolonged sitting throughout entire shift at computerized workstation in office environment.

Office environment – 90%, Hotel environment – 10%
