Sales Executive - Action Line
What will I be doing?
A Sales Executive - Action Line with Hilton Grand Vacations will be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our guests and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume by presenting luxury Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to potential buyers. Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and liaise with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise. Will attend all sales trainings and sales meeting for key information on Hilton Grand Vacation products and related updates, utilizes selling concepts prompted at Hilton Grand Vacations as well as various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone and written correspondence) to interface with guest owners. Has the ability to generate referral leads with each new customer. Promotes a positive work environment, adheres to Hilton Grand Vacation core values and policies and works well in a team environment while maintaining a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid Hawaii Real Estate license OR the ability to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license within the first 45 days of employment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
* Fluency in English (read/write/speak) in English
* Minimum one year of proven sales experience
* Minimum one year of customer service experience
* Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
* Proven ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced environment
* Current Hawaii Real Estate license holder
* Previous timeshare experience
* 2 or more years of proven ability to negotiate and close high end sales
Currently, Hilton Grand Vacation is a subsidiary of Hilton. We presently anticipate that, at some point in 2016, Hilton Grand Vacations will be spun off from Hilton and become an independent, public company. We do not anticipate that this change will affect your terms of employment.
