The Reservations Sales Agent will be responsible for effective coordination of booking room reservations, while ensuring quality and service standards are upheld at all times. Additionally, the Reservations Agent is responsible for maximizing the hotel’s revenue by working as part of the Reservations team and focusing on booking transient room revenue as well as maintaining high reservations conversion rates and decreasing call abandonment. Maintain complete knowledge of: all hotel features and services, all room types, rates, special packages and promotions, daily arrivals/departures/room availability, scheduled in-house group activities.

Job Requirements

*Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, luxury environment preferred.

*Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume call center.

*High aptitude for Microsoft Office.

*Effective conflict and problem resolution skills.

*Previous phone experience is required.

*Previous sales experience is required.
