The OvernightManager on Duty is responsible for the oversight of customer satisfaction as well as thesafety and security of the hotel. This person will act as a Guest Ambassador, assist in theFront Officeand be aresponder to guest and employee emergencies.

* 2-3years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
* Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
* Hotel/Hospitality degree preferred
* Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator and beeffective in providing exceptional customer service
* Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
