The Director of Operations reports to the General Manager. Responsible for leading various areas of the hotel. Achieves high guest, associate, corporate and owner satisfaction and quality service, while also achieving the hotels financial goals. Responsible for demonstrating excellent leadership that inspires others to succeed and promotes an open door of communication. Implements short term and long term strategies into daily operations. Supports the General Manager in the development and management of the hotels budget, marketing plan and objectives. Must be available to work primarily afternoon to evening shifts including some weekends to provide the guests and employees a balance of leadership.

Must have vision ability in order to visually inspect hotel. Must have mobility to walk through the front and the back of the hotel. Climbing approximately 20-30 steps 10% of the week. Physically able to regularly inspect all areas of interior and exterior of facility.
A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
Five to ten years of employment in a related position with this company or other organizations
