Job Description Direct of Operations
Responsible for all aspects of ensuring staff performance and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standard and state mandates.
Looking for someone who has 5+ years in the hospitality industry.
Hilton Experience preferred
Current OnQ PM, GRO, RI certifications are desired.

Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed.
Coordinates the operational aspects of the property in a manner which protects, maintains and improves the value of the owners asset.
Operations duties include handling inventories, implementing new technologies, quality assurance, and supervising financial management in accordance with fiscal budget.
Essential qualifications for the job are analytical thinking, financial proficiency, leadership, flexibility, time management, and communication abilities with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.

Regulatory compliance documentation
Productivityperformance of staff and ensure all procedures are completed to the department standards rectify deficiencies with respective personnel. Ensure that quality and details are being maintained.
Ensures the efficient use of manpower and materials.
Staff development

Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline andor termination when appropriate.
Ensures the efficient use of manpower and materials.
Drive a strong culture and environment that will support and enable all team members to be successful. You will foster accountability, teamwork and mutual trust and respect for all team members through mentoring and coaching activities.
Scheduling implement and monitor schedules.
