Here we grow again! Due to the recent promotion we are seeking a Director of Human Resources for this incredible resort featuring two world class golf courses with a third course to open Fall of 2017, 216 rooms in the Lodge and 12 guest rooms in the Clubhouse. The resort also features guided fishing, sporting clays, grotto style spa, 4 restaurants, 13 meeting rooms with 24,600 square feet of space and an infinity swimming pool.



The resort is located in Central Florida, Polk County which is 50 miles SW from Tampa Int'l Airport and 80 miles SE from Orlando Int'l Airport.



Streamsong Resort caters to the Alpha Golfer looking for a one of a kind golf experience. The Resort also appeals to the high end corporate event for senior level management and incentive corporate customer events.


We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Human Resources Director with a minimum of 7 - 10 years of progressive human resources experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Director in a Resort Hotel experience. We prefer candidates who have Independent, high-end resort recreation, spa and golf experience. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business. A PHR or SPHR is highly desired for this role. The candidate must also be a true HR Business Partner with the ability to work closely with the GM and Executive Committee on planning and executing overall hotel strategy. Ability to work in a multi-faceted management organization with management involvement to include resort owner's, Mosaic, Kemper Sports for golf management and Interstate Hotels and Resorts for overall resort management Significant experience in Associate Relations and Talent Acquisition experience needed for this remote property. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee engagement and is committed to ensuring and maintaining associate satisfaction.

You will regularly use a computer and different software.Occasional travel is required.
