Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist you will perform all phases of the recruitment and selection process for designated departments. Manage a variety of specialty recruitment systems ensuring that the company attracts, selects and retains highly talented individuals. This position is instrumental in establishing effective recruitment pipelines to access top level talent, while delivering timely and effective customer service to their clients to meet the hiring needs of the organization. You would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
-Proactively source, network and market our open job opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and sell the advantages of working for Hilton Grand Vacations as the Employer of Choice
-Utilize our existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview and present a slate of qualified candidates to the hiring managers for consideration.
-Ensure regular communication and progress updates to the clients in regards to statuses of positions. Also drive the recruitment process so that candidate decisions are made in a timely manner.
-Attend community and/or diversity organizations, colleges, and local employment driven events and job fairs for presentations, recruiting and promoting our Employer Brand
-Serve on special projects within Talent Acquisition Services and work with other areas to support company wide initiatives
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor
* Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Must be trustworthy and adhere to strict confidentiality procedures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must have initiative and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to travel local or out of state to attend trainings, schools and job fairs.
* Must be able to develop relationships and establish trust and credibility. Flexible availability to adapt to multiple time zones
* Bachelor's Degree
* Bi-lingual language skills preferred in certain locations (Spanish or Japanese), previous experience using Taleo
* Strong planning and organizational skills using the abiity to set priorities, plan and coordinate events
* Ability to complete projects start to finish
* Previous experience with Taleo
