The Adolphus Hotel is a vibrant and historic landmark in Dallas, Texas. This beautiful hotel is completing renovations and will become a landmark property within the Marriott Autograph Collection. We are seeking a Club Lounge Host that will deliver service excellence throughout each customer experience.

JOB OVERVIEW To attend to the daily functions of the Club Lounge and to provide information and assistance to all Club Level guests and hotel guests as requested. To ensure that the daily food and beverage service in the lounge is maintained and served to brand standards.



1.Provide warm, engaging, and intuitive service to all Club Lounge guests in line with hotel service standards. Proactively anticipate guests needs and act accordingly.

2.Immediately meet and greet guests as they arrive. Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the club lounge.

3.Provide information to guests about
a) local areas (e.g. social, cultural, historical and physical attractions),
location and hours of operation.

b)all hotel facilities (e.g. the hours of operation, location, daily and weekly events).

c)local areas restaurants and theatermusical productions

d)airline, automobile rental, transportation directions, office services, and beautybarber establishments.

4.Preparation of food according to Crescentbrand standards and ensuring proper temperatures of hot and cold items according to health code regulations.

5.Replenish food and service supplies and utensils in the dining area.

6.Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

7.Maintain proper set-up and high level of cleanliness of Club Lounge.

8.Resolve guests concerns in a timely and professional manner.

9.Maintain high level of professionalism through words and actions in all interactions with guests and co-workers.

10.Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

1-2 years previous FB experience in a luxury hotel environment.


Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to pitch-in and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.


Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching. Some exposure to cleaning chemicals. Prolonged periods of standing andor walking. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers and patrons.
