The London NYC luxury hotel has an exciting opportunity available. We are currently looking for an Catering Sales Manager to support the Sales & Catering Team and liaise with the Operations Departments. This position requires an organized professional with superior time management and communication skills.

This position requires a detail oriented professional responsible for the management and booking of the event and suite spaces. Must have superior interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Prospect new business and secure repeat events, meetings and conferences

  • Deliver revenue expectations in line with overall hotel budget

  • Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders ensuring that accurate information is communicated to respective departments on a timely basis

  • Conduct site tours and entertain potential and existing clients

  • Welcome event contact upon arrival at function and ensure guest satisfaction

  • Monitor, handle and process all billing /payment procedures according to accounting standards

  • Be responsible for and implement a quarterly sales action plan

  • Develop strong working relationships with hotel department heads and operational areas

  • Attend designated meetings as required
