Sales Administrative Assistant support the Sales Team by receiving and distributing sales leads according to deployment from various lead sources and ensuring that Sales Managers respond in a timely manner. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing correspondence and reports, filing and answering phones. Assist managers in turning down leads and in disseminating hotel information by sending sales kits and brochures.
• 2 years office experience.
• Strong writing, editing, business letter format skills.
• Office administration skills including phones, copiers, fax, personal computer, and calculator.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
