We are seeking a dynamic leader who will be responsible for ownership of all Beverage & Food Operations including driving financial results, guest and employee satisfaction and service excellence. The daily responsibilities include the direction and oversight of the sales and service of beverages in restaurants, lounges, and banquets

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the Assistant General Manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.

Perform daily tasks including preparation of daily forecast, supervising daily adherence to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to insure all laws are followed

  • Attend and participate in Food and Beverage and hotel management meetings on a weekly basis
  • Plan, organize, and conduct departmental team member meetings on a monthly basis
  • Enforce hotel standards to ensure corporate compliance
  • Any other duties and handle projects as assigned by the Assistant General Manager(e.g. special Beverage promotions)



Any combination of education, training, or experience equivalent to graduation from college or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities; High school diploma required; College degree preferred


Minimum of two years food and beverage experience and two years of supervisory experience is required

Licenses or certificates:

All appropriate Federal and State licenses required for Food and Beverage managers (e.g. Food and Beverage Sanitation); Ability to obtain any Government required license or certificate; CPR Certification and / or First Aid training preferred
