Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience. The person must be hospitality oriented, with an ability to anticipate our guests' needs and take appropriate action. Must have good communication skills and an out-going personality. Experience in a large Manhattan hotel property is a plus. Has to be able to work day, evening and overnight shifts. Must be able to lift 60 pounds and push up to 120 pounds on a cart. Minimum of a high school education; ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
