Beverage Cart Attendant PT, Boca Raton Country Club
What will I be doing?
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
1 Pick up daily order
2 Prepare fresh coffee/tea
3 Ensure all silverware is clean, polished and shows no tarnish.
4 Greet guests in a professional manner with a warm, friendly smile
5 Accommodate all guest requsts: ice water, beverages, bread, and butter and condiments
6 Assist fellow staff members/cover beverage carts for daily breaks
7 Pick up and make 2 copies of the daily tee sheet
8 Take beverage order and food order.
9 Put beverage order away in back cooler
10 Complete order for next day including (bevrages, supplies, breakfast items)
11 Explain 'specials of the day' and be knowledgeable on the menu items
12 Provide excellent service according to service standards. Talk to guests with a smile.
13 Handle guest checks by following the RIO procedures and close check promptly.
14 Imform the Restaurant Manager on Duty if you experience difficulties or problems with a guest.
15 Keep work area neat, clean and organized.
16 Attend Responsible Vendors training as required.
17 Comply with training manual procedures.
18 Leave station in neat, clean conditions (sweep station, wipe down serving bottles, menus and roll place settings)
19 Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
