Primary function maintaining all receivable records, accounting for all activities and monthly billing of member/resident/guest statements, and all cash receipt reports and records.
Process all payments, bank deposits and credit card payments.
Perform data entry and auditing.
Prepare and input journal entries
Perform reconciliations on accounts and bank accounts
Pick up deposits at Pro Shop and Admin Bldg.
Pickup Country Club chits.
Sort, separate, and file daily receipts.
Update member's records.
Maintain records for all resales, including entry of deposits and check requests for all incoming and outgoing members.
Monthly balancing of all accounts receivable reports.
Preparation of monthly member/resident statements.
Run monthly billing statements, match and pull chits/work orders and stuff/process envelopes.
Mail delinquent policy notices as needed.
Assist accounts payable with daily filings.
Backup for accounts payable clerk.
Prepare schedules for year-end audit.
Assist with preparation of departmental budgets.
Run labels for newsletters and special mailings.
Answer and address member complaints in a friendly and timely manner as requested.
Perform general office administrative duties.
Perform any other task as assigned by management.

Education and experience
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three years accounting experience with emphasis in accounts receivable.
Computer experience required (Word, Excel, Outlook experience needed Jonas preferred).
Maintain communication and ongoing working relationship with all members and departments ensuring excellent service is achieved in all areas of service to residents.
Deliver quality service with courtesy, sensitivity and the minimum delay, fostering a climate of mutual respect between member and department.
