Daniel et Daniel is one Toronto’s largest Catering and Event Planning firms, specializing in both private and corporate catered events.

Daniel et Daniel is seeking a driven individual with leadership skills who can grow with the company.

In this role you will be supporting the Head of the Shipping Department by assigning delivery routes, coordinating delivery teams on the job-site to ensure efficient setup and breakdown of equipment in various venues in the GTA.

The candidate must have experience as a driver within the city of Toronto, be friendly and have customer service experience. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead, prioritize and problem solve by critically thinking.

Compensation

Hourly Wage with overtime pay

Deferred Profit Sharing after 5 years

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong focus delivering on client and service objectives. In the role you will be required to:

Coordinate a small delivery team on a job-site
Coordinate with the kitchens and sales departments to ensure timely deliveries and communicate any delays
Ability to read work orders and pack vehicles accordingly
Have a strong knowledge of the downtown core
Have and maintain a good driving record
Understand and practice good customer relations
Lead by example
Have the flexibility to work days, evenings and weekend (as required)
Stamina and physical strength are necessary to perform work duties
