Job Requirements:	As a successful manager, you will build, train, schedule and reward your crew and foster excellent long-term relationships with our guests so they'll keep coming back for more. You will also ensure that all safety and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and participate in various community initiatives to build the Olive Garden brand. Of course, creating an atmosphere of fun, hospitality and energy goes without saying! You possess a secondary diploma or high school equivalency and, preferably, a post-secondary degree or diploma. Combine that with the stamina to stay on your feet while showcasing a drive to produce outstanding results and you have the ingredients for a successful career at Olive Garden. 2-5 years of past full-service restaurant manager experience is a plus, but we are happy to speak with candidates from a variety of hospitality backgrounds including QSR.
