FAB is an independently owned, multiple concept hospitality company operating in the GTA. Brew Pubs: FAB Concepts operates the Mill Street Brew Pub on behalf of the Mill Street Brewery. The first Mill Street Brew Pub opened in October 2006 in Toronto's Historic Distillery District in the original Gooderham and Worts tankhouse that housed the original Mill Street Brewery from late 2002. A modern day brew pub with the heritage & charm of days gone by; it creates a wonderful setting for our restaurant and bar with its high ceilings, large skylights and wooden beams. Urban Taverns: Against the Grain is a casual Urban Tavern where people gather to enjoy Maple Chipotle Baked Wings with a local brew, Pulled Pork braised in dark beer and molasses, Stone Baked Pizzas or traditional cocktails with a twist. All served in a sophisticated presentation and service. Unique local and European brews are tapped regularly along with interesting new and old world wines. Check out our rotating line up of Canadiana, Locals Only and the Traveller's Tap - always serving you new and exciting flavours. Of course we can't forget the cocktails including our own signature "Against the Grain" made with Canadian whiskey. The dark mahogany wood throughout the entire restaurant and warm dark wood bar with antique metal accents and a granite countertop add to the already comforting atmosphere of Against the Grain.

Bar Vespa: a casual Italian tavern where people gather to enjoy antipasti with wine, a plate of pasta or Italian feast, all served with the warmth and hospitality of family. Located in Liberty Village, this rustic, casual Italian bar brings with it a philosophy of fresh ingredients and friendly staff accompanied by booming laughter and flowing wine.
Bar Vespa's menu is inspired by classic Italian cuisine that showcases seasonal ingredients, new creations and everyone's favourites. Featuring daily house made pastas, homemade gelato, traditional Neapolitan thin crust pizza and comforting, traditional meals.
