Campus Living Centres is the management company responsible for the staffing and operations of Residence & Conference Centre facilities. Founded in 1989, Campus Living Centres is dedicated to the design, development, financing and management of post secondary student housing and conference facilities. From September to April our primary focus is the operations and programming needed to support student services and development. In the summer, when our students leave, we run our properties very similar to hotel style accommodations for transient guests.
With 26 facilities accommodating over 15,000 students during the academic season, Residence & Conference Centre continues to grow and gain recognition as Canada's leader in student housing. We have consulted on over 25 residence projects and consider ourselves to be a pioneer in the development of upscale suite style residence facilities. We provide our clients with a complete turnkey housing solution that employs a number of innovative and cost-effective solutions for the overall operation of these residence and conference facilities. Over our 23 year history, Residence & Conference Centre, has evolved a management system that has been influenced by input from students, faculty, event planners, staff and hotel professionals.
